Adds drones to the list of devices that are considered as means to commit peeping offenses. This means that drones cannot be used to enter a property to spy, pry, or peep through windows and other openings with lewd intentions.
There are currently no local drone laws in Mississippi that are implemented in the county, city, or town levels.
