Pilot Institute Survey Official Rules

 

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

 

Eligibility

 

The Pilot Institute Gift Card Survey is open to individuals who, at the time of entering, received the survey link, are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, and are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

Employees, representatives, agents, directors, and officers of Pilot Institute (“Sponsor”) and its parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies; marketing agencies and all involved in the administration of the survey are not eligible. Participation binds entrants to these official rules.

 

Survey Period
The survey starts on August 15, 2024, and concludes on September 15, 2024. All entries must fall within this period.

 

How to Enter
During the period, you can enter by completing the Pilot Institute gift card survey sent via email. If you would not like to fill out the survey but still enter, send an email to [email protected], and as long as you received the survey link from us, we will enter you to win.

 

Limit: One entry per person. Excess entries will be nullified. Automated or subverted entries are invalid.

 

Winner Selection and Notification
On or before September 27, 2024, three (3) potential winners will be randomly chosen from eligible entries. Winning odds depend on the number of entries. Potential winners will be notified via email around September 27, 2024, and must respond promptly.

 

Winners might need to provide proof of eligibility, such as a copy of the email they received with the survey link. Failure to comply or respond results in prize forfeiture and selection of alternate winners. Prizes are delivered via email.

 

Prizes
Win one (1) of three (3) Amazon Gift Cards, each with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $150. Total ARV: $450. Terms apply.

 

Prizes come “as is.” Winners handle all associated expenses and taxes. Prize substitutions, transfer, or cash redemptions are prohibited. Sponsor may substitute prizes. One prize limit per person.

 

Limitation of Liability and Release
Entrants agree to release the survey parties from any liabilities and damages arising from the survey.

 

Legal Warning
Unlawful interference with the survey may result in legal action against the perpetrator.

 

Sponsor’s Reservation of Rights
If unforeseen circumstances compromise the survey, the sponsor can modify or terminate the event.

 

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Severability
The sweepstakes abides by Arizona laws, and disputes will be settled in Phoenix courts.

 

Privacy & Personal Information
Collected information will be used per the sponsor’s privacy policy.
