Authorizes the Wyoming Aeronautics Commission to promulgate reasonable rules on where unmanned aircraft can take off or land with due consideration of public health and safety. The commission shall not have the power to regulate unmanned aircraft operation in navigable airspace.
There are currently no local drone laws in Wyoming that are implemented in the county, city, or town levels.
