In a response to an FOI request, the central administration office of Arkansas State Parks stated that all UAS activities are banned in Arkansas State Parks unless approval is granted by the Director through a Special Use Permit.
To secure a permit, a form must be completed and submitted along with the drone registration certificate and a copy of the pilot’s liability insurance. These have to be submitted to [email protected].
