Greg co-founded Pilot Institute in 2019, which has quickly grown to one of the largest online training institutions in the world. Greg has been an aviation professional since the early 2000s and has a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Science and a Masters Degree in Aviation Human Factors, both from the Florida Institute of Technology. Greg holds current Certified Flight Instructor, Commercial Pilot (for single and multi engine), and UAS Remote Pilot FAA certificates. He has worked for two of the biggest aeronautical universities in the country and in teaching roles as assistant professor and program chair. He now concentrates on educating the next generation of manned and unmanned pilots by creating online courses.

Amy T. Wiegand is a growth leader, having contributed to the success of notable tech start-ups and companies, including Walmart, The Coca-Cola Company, NATO, UPS, local, state, and federal governments, colleges and universities, top ad agencies, and more. Amy started in general aviation and flight training under Part 61, 91, 107, 135, and 141 operations. She now also supports the development of aviation technologies, including Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), for both public and private sectors. She has driven revenue growth throughout her career and champions brand management, pricing and pipeline strategy, organizational process and implementation, product, messaging, and content development, as well as product and digital marketing, public and media relations, investor relations, and acquisition. Amy is a project architect and master director, having been the first person to facilitate a sUAS training program for the State of Virginia in 2016. She is a Harvard-certified leader in emerging technologies, an enthusiastic donor to STEM initiatives, and a distant cousin of the notable Amelia Earhart. Amy is the founder of Earhart Alden & Associates, LLC, a revenue operations consulting firm

Jared Janacek is the founder of Texas Drone Company, a drone service provider focused on the mining, construction, and survey industries. He has been teaching drone mapping across Texas through his involvement with the Texas Drone Workshop for 3+ years. As a drone service provider, his company focuses primarily on mapping, including photogrammetry and LiDAR. Flying 100+ mapping sites every month, Texas Drone has developed streamlined flight and data processing workflows that focus on accuracy and repeatability. Jared is also a member of the UAV ASPRS and the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors. For over six years, Jared has worked to develop and advance the industry in a variety of ways through involvement in educational and trade groups. He has served as an industry ambassador to a variety of trade organizations to help educate industry professionals about the benefits of drones and their integration.

Vic Moss has been owner of Moss Photography since 1988. He has been involved in the UAS industry since 2013, and been a Remote Pilot since September 2016. He specializes in image capture for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industries. Vic is a FAASTeam Drone Pro and the Director of Legislative Affairs for UAS Colorado. He is also CEO/CoFounder of Drone Service Providers Alliance, an industry voice for FAA Remote Pilots. Additionally, Vic is Director of Drone Advocacy Alliance, a Washington D.C. based grassroots organization, advocating to ensure commercial and recreational drone pilots continue to have the right to choose and use the best drone for our projects. Vic is a nationally known drone educator and drone advocate. He was also a former member of the FAA’s Advanced Aviation Advisory Committee as Citizen UAS Operators. There he advocated on behalf of Remote Pilots, Recreational Flyers, and FPV Flyers.
