There is no application fee. The total cost for the program is listed below.
The $3,999 program fee includes all of the following:
- 200 hours of comprehensive instruction (100 online, 100 in-person)
- All course materials and digital resources
- Access to our state-of-the-art facilities
- Professional flight planning software access
- Resume development and job placement assistance
Additional costs not included in the program fee are the FAA Aircraft Dispatcher (ADX) written exam fee ($175) and the practical test with an independent examiner (approximately $500). Additionally you will need to pay for accommodations.

Our program is 5 weeks in total, consisting of:
- 2 weeks of online training that you complete at your own pace
- 3 weeks of in-person training at our Prescott, Arizona facility
The in-person portion runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Optional study sessions and additional help are available after class hours.

To be eligible for FAA Aircraft Dispatcher certification, you must:
- Be at least 23 years old to receive your certificate (you can begin training at 21)
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Pass the FAA written exam (ADX)
- Meet one of the experience requirements (our program satisfies this)
No prior aviation experience is required to enter our program.
