Classroom

Experience a typical training day in our Prescott facility

Morning Briefing

8:00 AM

Each day begins with a comprehensive weather briefing similar to what dispatchers conduct at airlines. Students analyze current weather systems, fronts, and aviation hazards across the national airspace system, developing the situational awareness critical for dispatchers.

Core Curriculum Session

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Join us in beautiful Prescott for 100 hours of hands-on instruction (Monday- Friday, 8am-4pm) with our expert instructors. Our modern classroom features dual 100″ HD displays, high-speed 400Mb internet, and comfortable study areas.

Lunch Break

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

With over 20 restaurants within walking distance, students can enjoy a quick lunch while discussing concepts with classmates or take a refreshing stroll through downtown Prescott to recharge for the afternoon session.

Hands-On Application

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Students work on flight planning exercises, dispatch scenarios, and real-world case studies. Using our professional flight planning software and weather systems, you’ll develop the practical skills needed on the job.
